CIPP/E® wordt gezien als dé Europese standaard op het gebied van privacycertificering. Na afronding van de cursus heeft u gedegen kennis van de wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van privacy en gegevensbescherming op Europees niveau. Tijdens de cursus komen alle relevante privacyprincipes aan bod.
Belangrijke onderwerpen die aan de orde komen zijn:

* Grensoverschrijdend verkeer van persoonsgegevens.
Er zijn op dit moment veel aanbieders die u voorbereiden op het CIPP/E® examen. Deze cursussen richten zich voornamelijk op het examen. Onze ervaring is dat het CIPP/E® examen niet onderschat moet worden. Uitsluitend oefenen van examenvragen en het bestuderen van de theorie is niet voldoende om daadwerkelijk de stof te kunnen begrijpen en toe te kunnen passen. Deze CIPP/E® cursus onderscheidt zich, naast de focus op het behalen van het examen, door de aandacht voor het goed begrijpen en kunnen toepassen van de lesstof in de praktijk.
De cursus bestaat uit twee klassikale lesdagen waarin theorie wordt afgewisseld met praktijkcasussen en oefenvragen. Alle onderwerpen die in het examen naar voren komen worden tijdens de cursus behandeld, zodat u voldoende tijd heeft de stof eigen te maken.
U ontvangt bij aanvang van de cursus het cursusmateriaal via onze student portal. Het cursusmateriaal is Engelstalig en de voertaal tijdens de cursus is Nederlands. U ontvangt ook het IAPP® European Data Protection boek. De digitale versie van het cursusboek krijg je nu alvast ten behoeve van zelfstudie. Later tijdens de cursus ontvang je een fysiek exemplaar. Verspreid deze digitale versie niet verder i.v.m. het copyright.
Het CIPP/E® examen wordt afgenomen door IAPP® bij een van de Kryterion testcenters. Om examen te mogen doen is het IAPP® lidmaatschap vereist. Het examen en het IAPP® lidmaatschap zijn niet bij de cursus inbegrepen.
De cursus bestaat uit 2 lesdagen, met meestal een week tussentijd. De cursustijden zijn van 9.00u tot ongeveer 16.30u. Een lunch is inbegrepen indien u de cursus klassikaal volgt en bestaat uit een buffet met o.a. verse broodjes. Heeft u allergieën of dieetwensen? Gelieve dit tijdig door te geven.

De AI Act voor de actuarieel professional: wat valt er te verwachten?

Krijg inzicht in de juridische kaders en uitgangspunten van de AI-Act, die worden toegelicht met concrete voorbeelden.
1 augustus 2024 is de AI-Act in werking getreden, een nieuwe Europese wet die strenge eisen oplegt aan AI en algoritmes om risico's zoals discriminatie en schade door autonome systemen te beperken. Deze wet heeft directe impact op verzekeraars, met name bij risicobeoordeling en prijsstelling voor levens- en ziektekostenverzekeringen.
Daarnaast groeit de aandacht vanuit het toezicht op de AVG voor het gebruik van persoonsgegevens in algoritmische beoordeling en besluitvorming steeds meer aandacht.
Verzekeraars moeten hierdoor actief inspelen op deze nieuwe regelgeving om compliant te blijven en risico's beter te beheersen.

Wie ik ben:
