The ITIL® 4 Strategist: Direct Plan and Improve module provides IT professionals and leaders with the ability to use ITIL methods in their overall IT strategy. The ITIL 4 Direct, Plan and Improve module helps creating an evolving IT organisation with a strong and effective strategic direction. It demonstrates a clear alignment between strategy and operations and gives tools to maximise outcomes.

The training provides ITIL practitioners with a practical and strategic method for planning and delivering continual improvement combined with the necessary agility.

The module equips candidates with the skills to control, influence and inspire others to work in a desired way and create effective, high performing IT and digital teams.

The ITIL 4 Direct, Plan and Improve qualification is a universal module: it’s one of the prerequisites for both the ITIL 4 Managing Professional and ITIL 4 Strategic Leader Streams.

Following the completion of the course participants should be able to:
