Veerkracht coach (Stress & burn-out) - Basisopleiding
Hoe kun je als coach je coachees op wetenschappelijke basis helpen terug te komen in hun energie? Door het versterken van de veerkracht bij coachee, middels de basisopleiding Veerkracht coach.
Wat leer je?Je leert veel over stress en ademhaling, de effecten van langdurige stress op het menselijk lichaam, het brein, wat weer zijn weerslag heeft op gedragingen, energiepeil, ingesleten gedrag en welbevinden. Met een holistische blik, kijken we naar de coachee met (wetenschappelijke) methodieken vanuit o.a. psychologie, inspanningsfysiologie, op lichamelijk en biologisch (evolutionair) gebied, leefstijl en ademhaling. De methodiek van het 8-stappenplan, is ontwikkeld door onder andere Annita Rogier.
Verder leer je:
de aanleiding en oorzaken van de stress te analyseren
de invloed van ademhaling op je autonome zenuwstelsel en de werking ervan
wetenschappelijke vragenlijsten in te zetten en te interpreteren
de stressklachten te plaatsen in de juiste context

Onze basisopleiding tot Veerkracht coach is een officieel door de VESB, de Vereniging van Erkende Stress- en Burn-outcoaches erkende opleiding.
Als VeerKRACHT coach heb je het recht om toe te treden als lid van de VESB. De VESB treedt op als beroepsvereniging, in Vlaanderen en Nederland, voor professionals van verschillende doelgroepen (coaches, therapeuten, psychologen en artsen) die deskundig, op ethische wijze en vertrekkende vanuit een wetenschappelijke basis (evidence based) actief zijn op het gebied van re-integratie na burn-out, veerkracht, stress en burn-out coaching. De VESB is opgericht als keurmerk voor kwalitatieve begeleiding bij stress en burn-out.
De vereniging heeft onder andere “Het bevorderen van deskundigheid, de praktijk, het onderzoek op het gebied van coachen naar mentale vitaliteit, waaronder: voorkomen en bestrijden van spanningsklachten, stress, overspanning en burn-out. Het begeleiden van re-integratie en voorkomen van terugval na ziekteverzuim als gevolg van spanningsklachten.“ tot doel.
Verdeling over de dagen
We beginnen met het theoretisch kader, je leert over het stress model, fysiologie, psycho-educatie, de polyvagaal theorie, het 8-stappenplan, van oriëntatie, analyse naar herstellen van energie, fysieke conditie, omgaan met stress naar werkhervatting en terugvalpreventie.
Tijdens de periode ga je een coachee begeleiden en je gebruikt hiervoor de geleerde theorie en toolings. Je gaat het geleerde in de praktijk brengen. Je kunt rekenen op steun en begeleiding vanuit de opleiding van je buddy en van de docenten.
De laatste opleidingsdag staat in het teken van de presentatie van jouw praktijk case en van die van je mede-studenten. Na afronding ben je in het bezit van een waardevolle titel, en mag je jezelf erkend stress en burn-out coach noemen.
Praktische opleiding over Stress en burn-outJe leert werken met een in de praktijk bewezen methodiek dat in 8-stappen je coachee met bijbehorende oefeningen terug krijgt naar werk en naar zichzelf. Direct toe te passen in je coaching praktijk dus, gegeven door ervaren docenten met eigen succesvolle coaching praktijk.
De praktische vertaling van de wetenschap en het stappenplan maken dat deze opleiding direct toepasbaar is. Tevens zorgt de uitgebreide intake ervoor dat je je persoonlijke doelen, weerstanden en uitdagingen kunt aanpakken in de opleiding. Zo zet je jezelf maar ook je coachee straks in zijn kracht. Je kunt dus een echte KRACHT coach worden. Kennis is kracht.
Je docent kent je doelen en je ontwikkelpunten, en heeft als taak je te inspireren, te laten groeien en je bruikbare praktijkvoorbeelden te geven.
