Opleiding: SAFe®: Achieving responsible AI with SAFe
The Micro-credential - Achieving Responsible AI with SAFe workshop is designed to equip Agile professionals with the skills to implement AI responsibly in their teams and organisations.
This course will help you to maximize innovation, minimize risk and make you stand out as a leader in implementing responsible AI. You will be provided with hands-on experience and practical skills that ensure your AI projects are aligned with human values, accountable and transparent.
The program
The workshop is structured in two parts:
1. E-Learning Module: A self-paced online course, averaging 1 hour, to be completed prior to the facilitated session.
2. Facilitated Workshop: A half-day, interactive workshop (approximately 4 hours) led by an expert facilitator.

- Learn to integrate Responsible AI into portfolio strategies and Lean Portfolio Management (LPM).

- Earn a SAFe Micro-credential badge, demonstrating their expertise in implementing AI responsibly and aligning projects with ethical standards.

Prerequisites
The only prerequisite to following this workshop is to complete the 1-hour E-learning module before the facilitated session.

Certification: Graduates receive a SAFe® micro-credential badge. Attendees are assessed on key topics and learning objectives to ensure their mastery of the material.
