The CCXP Exam Preparation is a two-day training designed to thoroughly prepare you in English for the CCXP exam, which is also conducted in English. This training is structured around the five pillars of the CXPA framework. Over the course of two days, we’ll enhance your CX knowledge step by step, covering everything you need to know to succeed in the CCXP exam. After completing the training, you have all the necessary fundamentals and context to prepare for the CCXP exam, which grants you the right to use the CXPA designation. The exam is not included in the course, you will have to apply for the exam at the CXPA.

Pre-education:
This training is designed for experienced professionals (with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience) who want to deepen their knowledge of customer experience management.
