The Managing Projects course is aimed at participants with at least basic knowledge in the field of project management. You have already completed a project as a project manager, or have taken a course on project management. In addition, you work and think at higher professional education level.

Sessions | This personal training focuses on developing your qualities as a project leader. In role-plays and discussions, you will practise many situations that tie in with your daily work environment.
