Awareness of your drivers, talents and values helps you make more informed choices. This enables you to make the best use of your own qualities in daily life and in your work situation. You achieve your goals from your own power, so you are less controlled by others, have more energy and can be who you want to be.

• Awareness relating to roles and patterns in your life
• Start breaking through limiting beliefs
• Understanding choices that energise you
Day 3: What are my choices and how do I stay in control?
• From reactive to proactive behaviour
• Taking charge with regard to external saboteurs and ineffective communication
• Translating insights into concrete steps
Intake | Prior to the training, you complete an intake form, answering a number of questions about your specific personal situation. These questions will help you clearly define your development goal.
Sessions | The sessions focus on interaction with the trainer and fellow participants. Using varied work formats, you gain knowledge and insight. There is plenty of room for input from your own practical situations and examples. The group process, assignments and personal feedback will give you extensive insight that may lead you to make different, more appropriate choices and act more effectively.
Experienced trainers | An experienced trainer guides the classroom sessions focusing on your learning needs. Your trainer is an expert, but above all, your personal coach.
Online learning environment | In addition to the interactive classroom days, you work in a rich online learning environment that supports you in the learning process and helps you prepare for the sessions effectively. After completing the training, you continue to have unlimited access to all online resources for further deepening and reference.
