Opleiding: Inclusive Leadership 2.0 // Leadership-Exzellenz für inklusive und leistungsfähige Teams
Creating environments where leaders inspire success for all
The future of leadership is about creating high-performing, sustainable organizations where everyone feels they can contribute their full potential. Inclusive leaders understand the importance of nurturing such environments – for themselves and others.
Leading inclusively starts with knowing oneself. The more nuanced our understanding of ourselves, the better we can see, value, and invite the unique traits and viewpoints of others. Inclusive leaders demonstrate effective behaviors and skills that unleash the potential of their team members and colleagues, acting like conductors who orchestrate everyone’s efforts with visible leadership.
Inclusive leaders lead courageously and boldly through ambiguity and uncertainty, for a more sustainable and equitable future. They strive to be their best selves while shaping environments that empower others. Yet today's (growing) leadership complexities and business demands may leave leaders feeling unprepared to achieve the desired impact or struggling to be confident or persistent in pursuing their vision.
Are you one of them? If so, ESMT Berlin’s Inclusive Leadership 2.0 program could be the perfect fit for you.
Why Inclusive Leadership 2.0?
Since the 2020 surge in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts, corporate approaches have evolved. It’s time to rethink “how to do DEI,” or how to lead inclusively. Overt references to DEI are declining, bias trainings often fall short, and the idea that DEI is the responsibility of the HR or DEI officers is contested.
Truly inclusive workplaces rely on their leaders to view diversity and inclusion as a set of skills and invest in building that competence. With social inequalities and polarization among the top global risks, and leadership, social influence, and talent management among the top 10 skills of the future according to the World Economic Forum, inclusive leadership is essential for resilient leaders and businesses.
