With generative AI becoming more capable every day, and more users adopting it for both personal and professional use, it is paramount companies provide clear guidelines and policies on how to use it and when.

For instance: are employees allowed to put company data into ChatGPT? Should there always be a human in the loop for customer interaction? Can you use an AI generated voice that sounds exactly like a celebrity for a new commercial?

In this workshop you will learn about the ethical and legal ramifications of using generative AI, and how you can develop guidelines and policies to make sure your employees know what to do in any situation.

By the end of the workshop, you will:

• have an understanding of what ethical considerations should be considered in AI deployment.
• have an understanding of recent developments in ongoing and proposed regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, and the EU AI act.
• have created your own draft policy of guidelines and policies for employees generative AI use.
