The ITIL 4 Collaborate, Assure and Improve (CAI) course is designed for IT professionals

This module compiles for the candidates the understanding of the key concepts, principles, value and challenges of ITIL 4’s five management practices:

- ITIL Relationship Management
- ITIL Supplier Management
- ITIL Service Level Management
- ITIL Continual Improvement
- ITIL Information Security Management

The course is intended to provide candidates with best
practice guidance at both strategic and operational levels of maximizing value from the Practices.

Following the completion of the course participants should be able to understand for each of the five practices:

The key concepts
The processes
The roles and competences
How information and technology support and enable the practice
The role of partners and suppliers in the practice
How the ITIL capability model can be used to develop the practice
The recommendations for the practice success
And pass the ITIL Collaborate, Assure and Improve exam.

- 90 Minutes (113 minutes for non-native speakers)
- 60 questions
- Multiple Choice
- 65% pass mark
- Closed book

Upon successful completion of the exam and following confirmation of the results, the participants will receive a unique, secure and auditable electronic certificate from PeopleCert.
