Opleiding: ITIL Foundation English including Exam
The ITIL® Foundation course is designed for people who require a basic level of ITIL understanding.
The training introduces participants to the management of modern IT-enabled services and provides them with an understanding of the common language and key concepts.
The ITIL 4 Foundation course shows participants how they can improve their work and the work of their organisation thanks to the ITIL 4 guidance.
The course is updated to the version 4 of the ITIL framework.
Following the completion of the course participants should be able to:
- Understand the key concepts of Service Management
- Understand how the ITIL guiding principles can help an organisation adopt and adapt service management
- Understand the four dimensions of service management
- Understand the purpose and components of the ITIL Service Value System
- Understand the activities of the Service Value Chain, and how they interconnect
- Know the purpose and terms of the 15 ITIL practices
- Understand 7 ITIL practices
- Pass the ITIL Foundation exam
Exam:
- 1 hour (75 minutes for non-native speakers)
- 40 questions
- Objective Test Questions
- 65% pass mark
- Closed book
Upon successful completion of the exam and following confirmation of the results, the participants will receive a unique, secure and auditable electronic certificate from PeopleCert.
The certification ITIL 4 Foundation is mandatory to access the further ITIL 4 modules which require candidates’ ability to apply the ITIL framework key concepts in a working environment
